As usual, I was trolling around on Facebook waisting time when I noticed something… A good friend of mine Joyce Penner left a post about a story she wrote on Better Networker.

Now, I know I shouldn’t be taking advantage of my A.D.D. and following every link on facebook, but I took a gander and watched her short video about her primary company.

Then it dawned on me… are 3rd party systems designed for companies and created by their distributors the wave of the future?

In the short amount of time it takes you to read this article, I plan on showing you how far down the rabbit whole the world of home based business has really traveled.

I plan on telling you about some of the leaders and systems of the past. Then I plan sharing with you what I believe the future holds for the next wave of 1% leadership.

But first… we need to start with the foundation of leadership.

The Foundation of Leadership

Ask anyone in the Network Marketing, Home Based Business or Business Opp Niche what the most important factor in building anything is… and they’d most likely tell you it was leadership. Without leadership, you’d have no direction, no path to follow or MOST IMPORTANTLY, learn humility.

Look all around you, and you’ll see the need for one of the most important commodities not being talked about by just about anyone. Sure you can see some of it, it’s implied in text, sometimes video and always in conventions… but rarely is it every declared by an individual.

And have you ever noticed, that it is those who make that declaration of leadership that soon become the key in the next evolutionary shift. This is how revolutions begin, its how old empires crumble and its also where heros are born.

In more recent times, renegades such as Mike Dillard, Ann Sieg, Jay Kubassek, Bryan Finale, Jonathan Budd, and David Wood (just to name a few) set out on their own course to claim independence and declare leadership.

Most if not all invented their own unique system to recruitment and duplication that has only been recreated by a few. But in their wake… other leaders such as Deagan Smith,  Rachel Jackson, Michelle Pescosolido, Ray Higdon, Ray & Ferney and many more, have seemed to arrive almost out of no where.

Something you have to notice, is that most if not all the names mentioned in this story, have created their own systems and are now regarded by most as some of the new wave in leadership found within the industry.

So what does this really tell you?

Systems of the Past

Systems in the past such as Carbon Copy Pro, Magnetic Sponsoring and My Lead System Pro can be thanked for the new wave of leadership. However, as we are quickly discovering… there’s a much LARGER and FASTER movement gaining momentum just behind them.

Right now, as you read this… there are future leaders who have either created a system (you have yet to discover) or are in the process of changing the industry once again.

So whats the difference you might be asking? If systems of the past have already created leaders, why can’t it just happen again?

Its simple… things in the past create the future. But when the future learn and perfect things in the future… it becomes destiny.

But more specifically, their destiny and more significantly… when a group of people in the same space do this… it starts a revolution.

A prime example of the next wave is a simple system created by a good friend of mine named Richard Bravo. Now, for most found within the BetterNetworker.com community, Richard needs no introduction. But for those of you who are new to Richard, I invite you to read about him on this blog RichardBravo.com.

Back when I first meet Richard, I joined him in a small video challenge (I thought it was crazy then). It was called the You Inc Star Challenge (learn about it here). Basically, it was a video challenge for a set number of weeks, where all the participants would create a video based on a particular topic and wrap up each week with a conclusion video. OR something like that…

But it was my first chance to learn more about Richard and his vision. Little did I know, that Richard had something larger up his sleeve.

Nothing diabolical, but what was seemingly something we were both thinking about but never discussed with each other.

It turns out, Richard was creating a system called You Inc Pro, which is the basis of why I put this article together.

And just from looking at this system as an outsider, I can already tell you… that its going to be a knockout of a product and educational system for professional networkers, designed for networkers, by networkers.

Here, Richard has provided a way for his new team members and future members to create their own recruitment funnels, customized and branded leading with the 3rd party system.

Basically, this is what I’m referring to as the new wave.

Conclusions of the Future

In the past, its been blanket products designed to educate the entire industry as a whole. This is where systems and programs such as Carbon Copy Pro and My Lead System Pro succeeded. More importantly, what those systems taught us, was that they were perfect gateways into duplication and transition into the primary company of the person who created it.

Now, the focus of the new wave, is to create customized 3rd party systems to educate, train and duplicate for specific companies, not the entire industry as a whole.

What we’ve learned in the past few years of using the interent to build a network marketing business, is to focus on niches. Thats what makes this style of new comers so revolutionary. Now, you have leaders actually focusing on the company itself, proving solidarity and commitment.

In the end, I’ll bet my bottom dollar that this is just one of many. Be on the look out for others to make the stand. But by no means should you consider this if you’re not ready.

The Renegade road is a tricky, deep, sometimes dark and bumpy road. If you were to ask me what you should do, I’d say learn from someone like Richard before venturing down the road in creating one of your own.

Listen up Ruffneck! No doubt, this past year has been a crazy one. Someone told me the other day about this older man who was quoted as saying…

“If you think this year went by fast, just wait till you get older.”

I mean DAMN! Just the other day I realized the splash of grey hitting my sideburns. I turned around the other day and saw a 15 year old walk into my physical therapy office who was easily 6’7 and had a full beard.

I’m damn near on the edge of 30 and have but one chest hair (that I shaved today), and gaps in my beard you could drive a truck through. Man, things sure have changed… and you can bet that.. that kid wasn’t eating when we were eating gerber baby food!

But… most importantly, things have really changed over this past year in ways I could have never imagined before (more on this later).

Today, I wanted to say thank you for everyone who derived some pleasure and value from this blog. My promise to myself, is to keep it running even in times when… time is limited in the future.

Right now, I wanted to share a little video that I think to be absolutely brilliant. First off, the style of music is called Dubstep and this song is done by one of the current best, Skrillex.

This video tells a story of a pill popping Santa that’s clearly depressed, only to force himself to deal with screaming kids over and over again every Christmas. To top it all off, thug looking TSA wannabe security goons, creep in on the old man and attempt to steal christmas form old St.Nick.

In return… Santa, issues a beating and in the end, realizes that life is much better than he gave credit for.

Now, keep in mind… this is my own interpretation…

A Year In Review

I wanted to wait a little longer to release this information, but really… it needs to get out there ASAP.

Look, over the past year… I focused primarily on providing the best content on How To information, Tools, Interviews and MLM Reviews. No doubt, it was fun and draining at the same time. But the theme was to provide people some basic information to help them on their journey.

I launched an ebook and sold rebranding at the same time. No doubt, it was a great year for some massive growth.

Building your personal brand is never easy, and that’s why I needed to release this information today.

I want to personally thank everyone who has traveled here in the past two years and also thank you for sharing all the information. Put things are about to change…

A Year In The Future

I’ve been fine tuning and honing my skills as an online entrepreneur and network marketer over the past year. Now is the time to announce some of my bigger plans for the following year. I’m calling this Mission 2012!

First, I plan on releasing my first actual continuity program that provides a way for anyone entrepreneur to transfer marketing online.  It will specifically deal with funnel creation and sales engines using email and web properties.

Second, I’m going to relaunch the www.FPRenegade.com course to a paid product within the first two months.

Third, I will relaunch the ebook from 2011 in a new format that promotes the continuity program with a re-brand able option.

Fourth, I’ll be launching an entire educational system for www.NumisStart.com (a training system and blog for The Numis Network).

Lastly, I’ll be launching a new blog that will be co-authored by many different authors on MLM reviews in the format I’ve already perfected on this blog.

Oh and…

As a special bonus, I’ll be launching a new brand targeting the health and fitness niche.

So there you have it. A fair warning!

Unfortunately… this leaves this blog to serve other purposes.  For over two years, it’s been an industry hub. But now, it’s going to be about Me, who I am, the people, the travels and the experiences along the way.

Being that Social Media is mostly self regulated and has only grown over the past several years, you would think that there would be proper guidelines on how to market the correct way on social media platforms such as facebook. By this I mean, understanding the careful balance that’s between online marketing and using a social platform without scaring everyone away from you.

That’s why I plan on de-mystifying the facebook marketing specifics (when it comes to the basics) that you’ll need to know to better establish your brand and exposure from here on out.

The 3 Basic Steps

1.) A facebook account – This is your personal facebook account. You’ll need this to manage your ad services later should you choose to do some pay per click marketing.

2.) A proper account set up – Utilize all the room and the tools at your disposal as best as you can. Here is a small list of things you can quickly do to improve your main account.

A.) Utilize the entire profile real-estate. The proper width of profile should be 180px wide. But the length can be anything reasonable (540 being max). You can use Aviary.com to upload and resize your pictures for free. You can also download some free software from The Jing Project.

NOTE: Try to make sure your profile picture is of you smiling and also use this style of photo on your fan page.

B.)Create something fun that expresses something about you personally with your row of photos (or photo roll) at the top of your profile. You can use myfbbanners.com for free.

Make sure your contact information is all correct. This means you have your correct website addresses for those who investigate your further. The name of the game in social media is transparency.

3.) Create a Fan Page – The reasons you want a fan page is because you’ll use it as the launching platform for building your personal brand and as the store front for your business and communication with fans, customers, clients or prospects (more on this later).

Another reason, is because you can only have a max of 5,000 friends on your personal page, where as you can have unlimited fans on a business page.

To do this, simply type in “Create New Facebook Page” in the search bar when logged into facebook. Most people should use Artist, Band, or Public Figure if they’re a professional.

3 Intermediate Steps

Don’t let the title perplex you. The “Intermediate” steps are really a building upon the basics you’ve just learned about. But more importantly, grasp a larger picture of what can be done.

If you understand marketing, you know and also understand that more exposure you have… the better. That’s why I’ll be exposing to you what I call the Facebook Marketing Strategy of 6 Figure Earners.

So here are a few rules:

1.) Add 30 contacts every day for your personal account. You can do this with the 15/15 sub-rule.

Since facebook protects it’s accounts and members from spam, they closely watch “friend activity”. This means they will watch to make sure people are not abusing their platform which includes mass friending people. To avoid this, make sure to split up your daily friend requests to a couple or a few times a day. The 15/15 rule is 15 prior to noon and the other is 15 after noon.

2.) A Friend Gift is possibly one of the coolest things out there today that almost no-one is taking advantage of. But what is a friend gift? It’s a small thing you give to your new friends upon accepting you as a friend or viceversa .

What I will typically do is write a small message with two links in the text. The first link (advanced) is a link to a special YouTube Video (that I made - Dereck Arreguin on YouTube) where I explain how happy I am to be a part of their “inner circle”. Then I proceed into telling them a little about myself and that I have a FREE GIFT for them on my blog (second link), No Strings Attached.

Just make sure to delete the first link as facebook will pull the YouTube video and place it in the message.

This helps to separate you from the pack of “takers” out there who are only in it for themselves. Besides, it’s really cool giving something of value for free to someone who never even knew it was coming. Make sure to friend me to see this is person http://www.facebook.com/dereck.arreguin.

3.) Personal Connection is what all social media platforms are all about. It gives you a chance to meet and talk to new people (not to sell them something). Here, you can learn about what they do, what their problems are and if there is anything you can help them out with. You become their friend and build a strong database of people.

4 Advanced Tools of Master Marketers

Knowing the tools and the tricks of the trade are important in leveraging the precious time you have every day. Without some of these tools, you might find yourself sacrificing much wanted or needed time doing more important things.

Tools:

1.) Involver – Involver.com is free software that will sync other social media channels to your fan page. By adding Involver to your fan page, you can create updated tabs on your YouTube channel, blog posts and even twitter feed.

2.) Twitter Feed – Twitter Feed is just one of the many tools out there that make social media automation all that much easier. Basically what Twitter Feed allows you to do, is syndicate a blog feed from your favorite blogs or websites straight to your twitter or facebook page. This helps to keep your activity and visibility in check. Just make sure the information and content is relevant and of value.

3.) Facebook Invite All - This is plugin used on google chrome that will help you to “invite all” to a new fan page or group. This helps from having to physically click all the check boxes when telling others about events or promotions you’ll be holding later on. Trust me, this saves a ton of time. You can find this on the Chrome Apps Page by typing in “facebook invite all” in the search bar.

4.) FanPageEngine – This is platform used by master marketers that helps the PPC aspect of facebook to be extremely clean (on site – meaning on facebook). Learn about this if you are interested in using facebook PPC now or in the future.

Bonus: Secret Fan Adder – I call this strategy the “Secret Fan Adder” because it allows me to provide content on social properties such as my blog, that not only gives me a larger social presents, but also allows me to reach a larger audience on facebook (sometimes without them even knowing it).

What I mean by this is, is using a simple thing like the “like” function provided by facebook to help others around the web (who are logged into facebook) to add themselves to my fan base. I do this by collecting a simple code found at http://developers.facebook.com.

Here are the steps to collecting and using the code.

1.) On the developers site, click on Builder For Websites

2.) Scroll down 1/4 of the page and click on Social Plugin Page

3.) Click on Like Button

4.) Copy the URL from your fan page (that you created earlier) and paste it in the URL box. Make sure to set all settings correctly.

5.) Click on “Get Code”

6.) Copy code and paste it on every blog post or anywhere on the web where you can generate traffic to it.

Because now, when that viewer clicks the “like” button (if they are logged into facebook), they will be added to your fan base on your fan page. Now they will see every post you add to your fan page, giving you more exposure.

And that doesn’t even factor in the fact that their friends will also see the notification as “you liked a page” and can even help you in facebook PPC.

In the end, you’ll have a new fan, more outreach and they’ll (hopefully – if you don’t spam), receive great content and have reason to listen or do business with you.

Once in a great while, there comes a company almost out of no-where that provides a service and a product that serves the little guy.

The thing is, when you develop a good product and ask a reasonable price, plus over deliver… you’re creating a legacy and a reason for others to follow for years and years.

The Product

Currently, there are 5 products being offered by ARIIX. Most of the science behind what makes these 5 products to powerful, is mostly done in-house. Which means they do it with their own scientists.
