With the headquarters located in Boca Raton Florida, this new and exciting company / opportunity called Javita, is headed up by the company’s founder and CEO, Stanley Cherelstein. Javita is publicly stated as being a sister to another network marketing company called Waiora (focuses on healthy aging products). This company is also headed up by Stanley.

Stanley is leading way for his corporate team and vision for this new opportunity to be ready for total brew down by July 1, 2010. His global vision is clearly expressed by announcing that on the launch date of Javita, this company’s products and business opportunity will expand the globe to 20+ countries.

Stanley has a long standing success story background ranging from successful COO of another company, President & Sr. Vice President of Finance and Operations of other nutritional supplement companies. It is clear, that Stanley has the knowhow and the capability to really take this company to the highest levels in the Coffee niche inside of the Network Marketing Industry.

The Product

Javita’s flagship product is their unique coffee blend called “Coffee Evolved”. It is said to be a proprietary blend of rare herbs and other natural ingredients mixed with organic South American coffee.

Possibly the best thing about Javita, is that the product is easy to explain. Almost everyone on a global scale knows what Coffee is or even worse, is addicted to it! The Compensation

Stated as having a goal to “Create 100,000 debt free households, 1000 six-figure income earners and 10 Millionaires by the end of 2012″, it is now clear why Javita’s compensation plan is so aggressive, but so simple that a five year old could do it.

1.) Fast Start – Qualified if you have 100BV (business volume), Pays weekly, Pays 2 levels (enroller & their sponsor)
2.) Retail Profits – 30% Sold Online through your replicated website.
3.) Unilevel Residual – Two legged Unilevel where to qualify for a check, all that is needed is 2 personally sponsored team members (teams).
4.) Rank Advancement Matching Bonus (RAM) – Based on rank advancement. You can make 50% matching bonus that those who you sponsor make upon their rank advancement. Requires that you join at the $599 Chairman Pack. These bonuses are limited to time, meaning you have to hit ranks within certain time limits in order to make the bonus. Pays up to 500K total.
5.) MAD Bonus (Managers & Directors) – Paid monthly, 2% net local Country Volume. Paid out based on how many shares you’ve earned. Requires you sponsor at least 1 new member at $599 sign up. For ever extra $599 signup, you earn an extra share!
6.) Global Quarterly Bonus – Paid quarterly 1% on global sales also based on shares. Extra shares are awarded when you help others who you sponsor, reach the MAD bonus.
7.) $10,000 Monthly Growth Bonus – Up for grabs to the top 5 enrollees who share the $10,000. Based on total new volume.

The best news is, the compensation plan is simple and easy to understand and show others. New distributors to this company should be able to run with the explanation if needed. The Strategy

Focus on fast start first along with the RAM bonus. Benefit of following the requirement needed to meet the standards set by the RAM bonus is that it keeps a goal in mind. They call this “calendaring” the time for your goals.

Morning calls are called “Maximize Your Morning” live training calls Monday – Friday. There’s already a training system called Javanomics that seems to be catching on quickly inside of Javita. They have an aggressive goal schedule for the opening months of this company. There’s even talk about a daily called “Maximize Your Morning” and will be running every day (Monday – Friday) for daily training.

As expected, this company will be leveraging the advancement of modern technology by allowing and providing replicated systems for it’s distributors to use for retail purchases and distributor sign ups.

However, what is not clear, is how this company is going to suggest for fast expansion in great detail. At first glance, the company really wants it’s distributors to focus on the RAM bonus as it will push it’s distributor force to reach higher ranks.

To do this, it will be most likely suggested to use “old school” tactics like making a list for friends and family to introduce this product or opportunity to. With suggestions and language like “who do you know who loves coffee”, it might make sense to start with that in the beginning.

But, as we are quickly learning inside of this industry, you best chances for success is in mass exposure, and since Javita will be opening in 20+ countries on day one, there really is no better way to expose yourself, and your business than by using the internet to do so.

There are many different skills you must first start to grasp and maybe a couple courses or books you might have to read.
